Word of Life offers a variety of discounts to guests. Check the list below to see if you qualify. All discounts must be requested by the customer. So, don't miss out...remember to ask for the discount you qualify for when you call.

GENERAL DISCOUNTS

Applicable to any Word of Life Conference

STAFF:                 

Full-time staff gets half price off their accommodations at the Inn (rooms only, not Norman’s Nest) or FCG (sites only; not cabins or cottages, during the summer).  One week per year or 2 weekends per year. This discount can be applied to cabins or cottages at the FCG during off-season only, in accordance with the staff handbook.

MILITARY:

25% off. Good for any active military personnel. Good for Inn rooms (not Norman’s Nest) and FCG sites (not cabins or cottages). Not to be used or combined with any other discount.

SR. CITIZEN:

10% off.  Age 55 +.  Good for Inn rooms (not Norman’s Nest) and FCG sites (not cabins or cottages).  Not to be used with any other discounts.

PASTOR’S DISCOUNT:

25% off.  For families whose father is a full-time pastor.  Good for Inn rooms (Not Norman’s Nest), FCG sites (not cabins or cottages). Not to be used or combined with any other discount.

ALUMNI:

25% off.  Good for any Word of Life Bible Institute graduate and/or spouse.  Good for Inn rooms (not Norman’s Nest) and FCG sites (not cabins or cottages). Graduate must be on the reservation. Not to be used with any other discount.


COME FOR FREE DISCOUNT: (spring, summer and fall 2011; not Ladies Conf or Single Mom’s Conf)

Invite your friends and family who have never been to Word of Life and get 10% your reservation for every family that registers.

The new friend or family attending receives the new friend’s discount of 50% off. The inviter receives 10% off (up to 100%) for each unit who has registered and paid the confirmation fee. Children’s’ rates are not included (discountable).

  • New Friends and Family Discount – this is for first time guests to the INN and FCG. For the FCG, this is for sites only. The guest would receive 50% off; the discount is not to be combined with other discounts.
  • Referral Discount – The inviter receives 10% off for each unit registered. This would be good up to 100% off; Word of Life will not give money to a person over the 100% off. Discounts may not be combined. In the event a guest qualifies for more than one discount, the greater of the discounts will be applied. Children’s rates are not included (discountable).
    Cut-off Date – 2 weeks prior to their arrival, this is in coordination with the balance is due.

 

 

New Friends and Family Discount

In 2011, Word of Life is offering 50% off for any first time guests at select conferences. Tell your friends, neighbors, church; tell everyone you know, because opportunities like this don't last long.
All you need to do to claim your discount is mention that it's your first time coming to Word of Life when you call 1-800-965-7177 to register. Our helpful customer service reps will help you out with the details.

There are a few basic restrictions like:
    1.    No refunds on past visits - we know you were thinking about calling about that first visit in 1973
    2.    No cash value - no, you can't get a check for 50% of the cost of camp just for being really nice people
    3.    Valid for 2011 conferences only - as much as we'd love for you to make reservations for the next 5 years, you can only apply 1 discount for a single reservation
    4.    Does not apply to children's reservations - kids already come for a really low rate, so bring the whole crew

NOTES:
*Discounts cannot be combined with pre-registration agreements (i.e.contracts).
*Discounts cannot be used for FCG cabins or cottages (except for FCG off-season staff use) or Norman’s Nest.
